I've been seriously unwell recently - finally got to the specialists and it turns out I'd pneumonia (which is a whole lot better than the recurrence of the lung disease which I feared!) but those words resonate with me at the moment. I'm working on accepting that I'm not 35 any more, and have to slow down.
